Television reports about the landright conference in Cola Creek, Suriname, from 21.- 22.10.2011. The optimism of the interviewed poititians and representatives of Maroons and Indigenous people shows the total misjudgement of these people concerning the realities in Suriname. Who could really believe that Bouterse and Brunswijk, who earn their money in the Binnenland with gold and corrupt deals, would recognize the claimed landrights of the people there?
